TUDOR: Classic, Elegant & Timeless Ladies Timepieces

Since its birth in 1926, the TUDOR brand has been famous for its bold moves in both style and craftsmanship. Famed for being Hans Wilsdorf’s second child and the younger sibling of Rolex, TUDOR offers a strong identity and a unique style alongside uncompromising quality watchmaking. Many of our clients are familiar with the TUDOR brand and are aware of models such as the Pelagos and the Black Bay, but here we explore the selection of ladies timepieces available from this revolutionary brand. 

TUDOR: 1926 

Introduced at Baselworld 2018, the TUDOR 1926 is a direct tribute to the brand’s heritage and pays homage to founder Hans Wilsdorf. The TUDOR 1926 is a watch for all occasions, reflecting a time where watches were considered more refined, classic and elegant in design.

The 1926 collection is offered in four sizes, in either steel or steel and rose gold, 28mm, 36mm, 39mm or 41mm. One of the most remarkable features throughout this collection are the dials. Each dial features beautiful attention to detail with a delicately embossed design creating a subtle contrast to the timepiece’s smooth minute scale and appliqued numerals. These exceptional dials are offered in a choice of silver, opaline or black, giving the wearer a selection of options to suit their own individual style, with or without diamonds on odd numbered markers.

Within the case, depending on the case size, is either a Caliber 2671 (28mm) or a Caliber 2824 (36mm). Each of these Calibers are self-winding, Swiss-made mechanical movements with a power reserve of approximately 38 hours.

TUDOR: Clair de Rose

After its reimagining in 2017, the TUDOR Clair de Rose has returned to a more classic design, featuring a gracefully sweeping blue second hand and an expertly crafted blue spinel cabochon embedded into the crown.

The new timeless Clair de Rose design features a stainless steel case available in three sizes: 26mm, 30mm, 34mm ensuring a size to suit any wrist. The subtle curve of this polished finish case perfectly complements the new beautifully crafted opaline dial with a radial Guilloche centre. This delicate pattern is mirrored effectively on the second indicators, creating the perfect balance between both form and function. This particular timepiece is available with or without eight, round brilliant, diamonds featured on various hour markers. The Clair de Rose is offered on a “rice grain” five link steel bracelet with folding clasp. 

TUDOR: Black Bay S&G 32 / 36 mm

Since the TUDOR Black Bay S&G was introduced, its traditional aesthetics and present-day watchmaking are the essence of the collection. The Black Bay S&G is offered in three sizes, 32mm, 36mm and 41mm. The 32mm and 36mm are a smaller version of the Black Bay and offer the ladies an elegant yet contemporary timepiece to consider.

The distinctive five link steel and yellow gold bracelet incorporates both satin brushed steel and polished steel, alongside the brushed yellow gold to add a subtle contrast. This particular watch is paired with a yellow gold satin brushed bezel, allowing an element of warmth on the wrist.

The Black Bay S&G is available either with a matt black or a champagne-coloured dial, to offer the wearer a personalised finish to the timepiece.
